My name is Gareth Jones and I've been a Physical Training Instructor in the British Army for nearly a decade. But before my life changing journey in the forces happened I was a drug addict and suffered from anxiety. My life was in disarray and the path I chose was not leading me to where I wanted to go. But after realising my own personal strengths things started to change and now I'm a sponsored ultra runner with many achievements to be proud of including -
