My name is Gareth Jones, and I've been a Physical Training Instructor in the British Army for nearly a decade. Before my life-changing journey in the forces, I struggled with drug addiction and anxiety, leading to a life in disarray. However, after recognizing my personal strengths, everything began to change. Now, I'm a sponsored ultra runner with numerous achievements to be proud of, including - Offas Dyke - 200 Miles, Cambrian Way - 300 Miles, John O'Groats - 676 Miles, Swiss Alps - 100 Miles, Marathon des Sables - 250km, Ultra Trail Snowdonia - 100 miles, Beacons Way - 100 miles, and Race Across Scotland - 229 miles. 


Throughout my journey, I've realized that everyone has the potential to become the best version of themselves, which is why I am passionate about offering expert coaching support to help you succeed. I specialize in creating personalized fitness plans tailored to your unique needs, alongside providing stress management techniques to enhance your overall well-being. 


My qualifications include: 

- LiRF Leader in running fitness 

- Level 2 Physical Trainer with over 8 years of experience
